How to Choose a Grinder: A Quick Buyer's Guide

1. Material

Skip plastic (it cracks and sheds) and cheap zinc alloy (it's soft and can flake). Look for aircraft-grade aluminum — light, strong, corrosion-resistant, and it keeps its edge. It's the standard for quality grinders for a reason.

2. The teeth
