Elevated Desert Co. began in Tucson, Arizona with a simple frustration: every grinder we owned eventually cross-threaded, dulled, or jammed. So we set out to build the one we actually wanted — the Zenith, a 4-piece modular mill precision-milled from aircraft-grade aluminum, with 34 diamond-cut teeth, a magnetic lid, and a smooth quarter-turn lock that never cross-threads.
